Sofia Costa Quintas is the creator of a groundbreaking methodology that unites creativity and science through the PoY algorithm—a system that decodes behavioral patterns and transforms them into powerful insights on leadership and personal impact.
With more than 25 years of experience in organizational behavior, human development, and leadership, she has designed and led transformative programs for companies across multiple sectors, both in Portugal and internationally.
She is a member of the Innovation Laboratory at Nova IMS University and the author of the systems “The Power of You” and “The Power of Agility.” She is also the author of the book Reinventing Leadership: Archetypal Journey Toward a Living Organizational Paradigm, published in the United States.
PoY is the culmination of her own evolutionary journey and reflects deep expertise in the new economy, emerging organizational models, and an approach that integrates systemic coaching, data science, and innovation.
